I am one of the authors who was asked by Ken Blanchard to submit a chapter for this new book. I wrote about my dear friend, Frances Hesselbein, included in the section, “Exemplars of Servant Leadership.” I was also privileged to give one of the presentations included in LIVECAST. What a humbling honor all this has been for me.
